Cauldron has had a spectacular first freshening. From a gangly teenager she has developed into a lovely productive Senior doe. She earned her milk star on a one day test which is a feat for a first freshener. She was Reserve Champion at the Houston Livestock Show was part of our first place dairy herd there and second place dairy herd in Decatur!
Cauldron was first place 2 year old in 5 of seven rings.
She has been very impressive in the milk pail and stays in show condition. I love the length of lactation she is showing along with that spectacular show ready udder!
Cauldron continues to impress with her second lactation.
She won Grand Champion in both rings at the Hamilton Show and was BEST in SHOW under judge Jeff Klein! February 2019 Cauldron won Grand Champion at the Houston Livestock Show which will make her a permanent Champion!
Cauldron competed in the Champion Challenge in both rings in Corsicana and won both Challenges, she went on to win Best in Show under judge Carrie Baker-Khale!
Cauldron is one of only a few does who have ever appraised as a 90 as a first freshener. She is my little super star for sure!
Cauldron's Show record now stands at one time Reserve Champion three times Grand Champion six times Best of Breed and two times Best in Show!
